2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).
- You’re responsible for your account and all activity under it.

3. User Content and Licenses
You retain ownership of content you post, upload, or otherwise make available via the Service (including profile info, links, images, videos, 3D assets like glTF, job posts, and messages) (“User Content”).
You grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting, compression, and technical processing), publicly display, and distribute your User Content solely to operate, improve, and promote the Service (e.g., generating thumbnails/OG images, search indexing, email digests).
You represent and warrant you have all rights necessary and that your User Content doesn’t infringe others’ rights.
4. 3D Assets and IP
- Only upload/link 3D assets you have rights to display and license to us for Service operation.
- Don’t share confidential or NDA‑protected materials.
- We may process assets (e.g., compress, transcode, generate thumbnails) for performance.
5. Acceptable Use
- Don’t violate laws or regulations.
- Don’t post unlawful, infringing, misleading, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or pornographic content.

- Don’t impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations.
- Don’t circumvent security features, rate limits, or access controls.
6. Community and Professional Conduct
- Profiles must be accurate and not misleading. Use ranges for sensitive metrics.
- No harassment, discrimination, or doxxing.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember preferences, measure performance, and improve user experience. Some cookies are essential; others are for analytics and marketing. By using the Service, you consent to our cookie use as described here and in our Privacy Policy. Where required by law, we’ll present a cookie banner and obtain consent for non‑essential cookies. You can manage preferences in your browser or in Cookie Settings on our site.

If you believe content infringes your copyright, email us including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material (URL).
- Your contact info and a statement under penalty of perjury of your good‑faith belief.
- A statement you’re authorized to act, and an electronic signature.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or users. Certain provisions survive termination.
14. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free, or that content is accurate.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $100.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or law.
